“ Stopped into The Basement Sports Bar on Waterloo for a wing night and left wondering why we ever go anywhere else. Brandon was our server and he's the new guy, but you’d never guess it from the way he handled our table. Super polite, answered all our questions like a champ, and for the stuff he didn’t know? He actually went and found out instead of just winging it (pun intended). The wings? 10 out of 10. Crispy, saucy, glorious perfection. You know that moment when everyone at the table goes quiet because the food’s that good? Yeah, that happened. Brandon kept our drinks full like some kind of beverage ninja, and just when we thought we were done, he hit us with the dessert menu. Funnel cake fries? HELL YES! “ It started off a little slow but on a Friday night they were busy. Our waitress Brandy was amazing though. I personally watched her deal with a "Karen" of a man whining over 1.00 and some change. She was very polite the whole time. I felt bad she had to deal with that! Food and drink was great **I want to leave a tip for the customers that need to hear it ...don't be an asshole to people who make your food or bring it to your table. Nobody wants to hear your BS! “ Went to the Waterloo location. First time visit to the franchise and everything was good. The food was excellent, hot and very well seasoned. We had fried pickles, Mac n cheese bites, Philly cheese steak, shrimp Philly, and chicken mafia.The service was excellent, very friendly and fast. Trish and the manager Mike were awesome! The drinks were pretty good too. I will definitely be back! ”
